(ABI) Asset Management team oversees a portfolio of 300+ acres ofproperty. The Trail Operations Coordinator is responsible for tracking and managing work orders,timely payment of invoices, collecting and analyzing asset data, and developing dashboards andreports to support effective decision-making related to asset lifecycle planning, maintenancestrategies, and operational performance. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for assetoptimization, data analysis, and strategic maintenance planning, ensuring the long-termefficiency and sustainability of operational assets. The Trail Manager Coordinator will promotethe Vision, Mission, and Core Values of ABI while fostering a collegial work environment.Position Responsibilities Work Order Tracking, Invoicing & Data ManagementMonitor and manage work order processes to ensure timely completion and accuracy.Pay and track invoices and utility bills promptly.Maintain and update asset inventories and databases.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across asset management systems in collaboration with ABI’s Data and Impact team. Operations & Maintenance Administrative SupportCollaborate with operations and maintenance partners to keep ABI’s assets in a state of good repair.Provide data-driven insights to enhance preventive and predictive maintenance planning.Improve data collection and integration processes across multiple platforms.Analyze asset performance trends to optimize maintenance and replacement schedules.Support capital planning by providing data-driven recommendations for asset lifecycle investments.Assist in developing long-term asset management strategies. Dashboard Development & ReportingProvide oversight and structure for how inspection reports are created, reviewed, organized, and used across ABI’s property portfolio.Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track assets and capital maintenance performance.Generate reports on asset health, lifecycle costs, and maintenance effectiveness.Position Requirements 3+ years of experience in asset management, operations and maintenance, or dataanalysis. Any equivalent combination of training and experience.Selection CriteriaThe ideal candidate will possess a skillset in the following areas: Proficiency in asset management software, CMMS (Computerized MaintenanceManagement Systems), Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization tools. Knowledge of lifecycle cost analysis, asset reliability principles, and capital planning. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Experience with GIS, Asana, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools is a plus. Must be highly organized, capable of self-direction and autonomy, and able to work wellwith people at all levels in the organization and within the community. Flexibility and the ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects simultaneously Effective presentation and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Demonstrated high standards of ethics and integrity. Understanding of the impacts of institutional and systemic barriers on marginalizedcommunities and a commitment to integrating equity and inclusion throughout all facetsof your work
