To strengthen our Digital Marketing team, we are looking for a Trainee Digital Marketing to support scalable, data-driven marketing execution across our OEM Partnering Business and LSB-specific business units.Your contributionAs Trainee Digital Marketing, you take operational ownership of defined digital marketing activities and support the execution and continuous optimization of account-based marketing initiatives. Your work directly contributes to campaign speed, data quality, and stable, repeatable marketing processes.Your responsibilities include:Executing and optimizing account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives within Tecan's OEM Partnering BusinessSetting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across LSB-specific business units in line with defined business objectivesMaintaining and continuously improving the marketing contact database, including structured data imports, ensuring accuracy and complianceMonitoring campaign performance and preparing regular reports to support data-driven optimizationSupporting the day-to-day operation of CRM and CMS systems, ensuring data integrity and usability for sales and marketing teamsContributing to the development of service automation workflows and lead management processes to improve operational efficiencyThis is a 6 months fixed-term position with the possibility for extension, offering a clear perspective to grow into a specialist role in digital marketing.Your backgroundYou combine curiosity, structure, and a strong hands-on mindset.
