Working as part of a remote team, you will provide telephone advice to people living in southern Devon who are experiencing fuel poverty. You will work in a structured and supported way to help alleviate immediate problems with fuel bills, making sure clients can keep their homes warm and the lights on. Taking a casework approach you will work with clients to resolve complex issues, alleviate energy debts, reduce energy consumption and identify any other areas of support they may require. You will be an adept IT user, able to keep accurate records, with strong communication skills and empathy.
