Duties and Responsibilities: Trainer's role would be highly involved in conducting product trainings & internal staff trainings when it is required and assigned to. Trainer roles would also include preparing and improving training materials and methodologies to uphold training quality.Job responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:Provide product trainings, refresher training & soft kills training to promotersAble to carry out soft skills training to internal staffs. Able to create training materials such as product training deck, soft skills deck, and quiz for training purposeTake initiative and ownership to carry out research of study before trainingTo be the first point of contact and work closely with project manager ad inter-department to accommodate training needs to achieve training objectivesTo meet and work closely with clients to understand the training objectivesCarry out monthly field audit and provide on field coaching, guidance, and on-site training to promotersTo plan and to conduct regional training (nationwide) as and when is required by client and Head of TrainingObserve and assess promoters throughout the training session and fine tune training methodologies to improve training qualityAcademic Qualification(s):Candidates must possess at least Advance/ Higher Diploma or Degree in any disciplinePreferably with training certification / experienceWork Experience / Skills Requirement(s):Preferably with training experienceCertification from talent and training associations is an added advantageProficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (World, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin)Strong presentation skillsAble to do translation in multiple languagesTake ownership in multiple languagesTake ownership & initiative to carry out taskBe passionate in workAble to build good rapport with colleagues and a good team platerPowered by JazzHRm7YoD0js38
