You thrive on facilitating learning, creating engaging content, and supporting organizational growth through training initiatives.WHAT WILL YOU DOTraining Delivery & FacilitationConduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on operational processes, tools, and best practicesFacilitate interactive workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessionsEnsure training sessions are engaging, effective, and aligned with business objectives.Content Development & Learning MaterialsDevelop and maintain training materials, manuals, guides, and e-learning modulesUpdate content regularly to reflect process changes, system updates, or organizational initiativesCollaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.Onboarding & Skill DevelopmentSupport onboarding programs to ensure new employees are prepared to succeed in their rolesIdentify skills gaps and provide targeted training solutions to enhance performanceMonitor employee progress and provide feedback to managers.Evaluation & Continuous ImprovementAssess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metricsRecommend improvements to training content, delivery methods, and learning strategiesStay up-to-date with industry trends and learning best practices.Collaboration & SupportPartner with Operations, People, and Department Leads to identify training needsSupport cross-functional initiatives and organizational learning projectsProvide guidance and support to employees and managers on training-related topicsRequirementsWHAT WE'LL LIKE ABOUT YOU YOU ARE...Engaging, proactive, and solutions-orientedPassionate about helping others develop their skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.YOU HAVE...Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred2-4 years of experience in training, facilitation, or learning & developmentExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to create engaging training content and facilitate learning effectivelyFamiliarity with learning management systems, e-learning tools, or training software is a plus
