With your skills and experience, you can help enrich the lives of millions while developing your career within Australia’s largest health organisation—alongside passionate tech professionals, health partners and industry leaders building solutions that truly make a difference.About The OpportunityAs a Training Consultant of our Training Team at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through delivering high-quality training across both corporate and clinical applications.This role offers the opportunity to facilitate engaging learning sessions and design, develop, and maintain training materials that support continuous learning and the evolving needs of our workforce.In This Role, You WillDesign, develop and deliver engaging and practical training programs that empower NSW Health staff and managers to confidently use new systems and tools.Create innovative eLearning experiences using industry-leading tools, tailored to the unique needs of each program and audience.Continuously improve learning materials by reviewing feedback, measuring effectiveness, and keeping content fresh and relevant.Be an active contributor in program meetings and forums, sharing insights and helping shape the direction of training initiatives.Partner with project teams and stakeholders to understand change impacts and design learning solutions that make transitions smoother for staff.About YouProven experience facilitating engaging training sessions across diverse audiences.Strong skills in using Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Articulate to create high-quality learning content.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentExperience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and developing SCORM-compliant eLearning modules.Exposure to Power BI or experience in learning analytics and reporting.Need more information?
