Training Curriculum QA Lead

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Training Curriculum QA Lead to join our Client's team.We’re seeking a mission-driven Governance Quality Assurance Lead who is the final checkpoint for ensuring that all training, content, and governance initiatives meet established standards for accuracy, compliance, and performance. This role blends analytical precision with deep process understanding.Ideal CandidateA detail-obsessed quality advocate who ensures nothing leaves the gate without meeting the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and mission relevance.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain QA standards and procedures for governance, documentation, and training deliverables. Conduct quality audits and root cause analyses for content and process deviations. Collaborate with Governance Program Managers and Curriculum Leads to ensure continuous improvement. Lead QA reporting and metrics tracking for senior leadership. Implement feedback loops to ensure corrective and preventive actions are executed. Qualifications7+ years in quality assurance, ideally within government, defense, or regulated education/training programs. Experience creating QA frameworks for content, documentation, or process management. Proficiency with QA tools, audit software, and data reporting systems. Strong analytical and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business, or a related field.
