The ideal candidate will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that align with organizational goals and enhance staff capabilities.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive training strategies and plans.Conduct training needs assessments and skills gap analyses.Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.Evaluate training effectiveness and report on outcomes and ROI.Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure alignment between training and operational goals.Maintain updated training records and documentation.Support employee development and succession planning initiatives.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years cognate experience in Training and Development.Proven expertise in designing and implementing learning programs.Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects.Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools is an advantage.To Apply: Chat 08134139773Code: RSI
