Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Training Manager to lead and enhance our organizational training and development function. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing, executing, and evaluating training programs, preferably within professional or large-scale operational environments in Saudi Arabia.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive annual training plans aligned with organizational goals and workforce development needs.Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs (classroom, on-the-job, and digital learning).Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with department leaders to ensure business alignment.Oversee vendor management, accreditation requirements, and compliance with regulatory training standards (TVTC or other relevant bodies).Implement performance measurement and post-training follow-up to evaluate learning effectiveness and impact on operational performance.Manage training logistics, budgeting, reporting, and governance across all training initiatives.Develop tools, policies, and systems to support training quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.Mentor and develop the training team, driving a culture of excellence and accountability.Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support nationalization and talent development objectives.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).Professional certifications in training or learning & development are strongly preferred (CIPD, ATD, SHRM, or similar).5+ years of progressive experience in managing training and development programs.Proven expertise in competency-based training models and digital learning platforms.Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities in both Arabic and English.Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive impact in fast-paced and dynamic environments.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to lead high-value capability development initiatives supporting organizational transformation.Professional growth and access to advanced training certifications.Supportive environment working with expert teams and senior leadership.Apply now:If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take on this exciting role, we encourage you to apply.For any questions or inquiries, you may also reach us through the same email: hr@tcgksa.com
