Training Specialist (Gold Mining Company)

We are seeking a Training Specialist to support the full cycle of employee training and development programs across our operations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Social Sciences.Minimum 3 years’ experience in Training & Development rolesProven ability to manage end-to-end training processes: planning, scheduling, facilitation, administration, and reporting.Experienced in developing training materials, modules, and structured curriculum.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with confidence in delivering presentations.Solid analytical and problem-solving ability.Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and site teams.Experience in mining industry is an advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct training needs analysis and align program priorities with operational and organizational requirements.Develop, update, and maintain training modules, materials, and learning curriculum.Coordinate and facilitate training programs across sites, both onsite and online.Manage training documentation, attendance, records, and centralized database.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, surveys, and performance observations.Support continuous improvement of training processes and learning initiatives.
