Transformation Execution Lead

A global technology and network solutions organisation is seeking a Transformation Execution Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale network transformation program.This role sits at the operational core of the program, translating strategic intent into action and ensuring seamless execution across multiple workstreams, partners, and technical domains. You’ll lead delivery governance, manage interdependencies across thousands of sites and services, and drive the program to meet its critical cost, schedule, and performance objectives.The RoleAs the Transformation Execution Lead, you’ll ensure program delivery runs with precision and discipline turning high-level strategy into executable playbooks and measurable outcomes. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, site migration, and partner delivery to achieve transformation milestones on time and within budget.This role demands both strategic thinking and operational execution - ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives on driving structure, accountability, and results across complex transformation environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, scheduling, and execution across all transformation workstreams.Translate strategic roadmaps into detailed playbooks and delivery frameworks.Oversee integrated schedule management and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) governance.Ensure timely and disruption-free customer migrations and site decommissioning.Manage dependencies across automation, platform retirement, and network modernisation.Maintain operational cadence through structured PMO reviews and escalation channels.Provide transparent, data-driven reporting on delivery health to senior leadership.Drive continuous improvement in execution standards and delivery performance.What Success Looks LikeAll transformation milestones delivered on time, within cost, and to quality expectations.Seamless coordination between internal and partner delivery teams.RAID items proactively managed, escalated, and resolved.Real-time transparency on progress and delivery health for senior stakeholders.Scalable, playbook-driven delivery approach adopted across the transformation office.About You12+ years’ experience in program or project management within telecoms, technology, or large-scale infrastructure transformations.Proven success leading complex, multi-workstream delivery programs.Strong grasp of governance, PMO operations, and RAID management.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.PMP or equivalent project/program management certification.Demonstrated ability to manage vendor and partner delivery teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.If you’re an execution-driven leader who brings order to complexity and thrives in large-scale transformation environments, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a business at the forefront of network evolution.
