Job DescriptionMain Objectives:To complete all administration, capture all transport related data for input to KPI reports, assist on site in the absence of the transport controller and to log vehicle breakdowns to the FML call centreResponsibilitiesMaintenance and servicing of fleetInsurance claimsFines and traffic violation controlCapturing of vehicle fuel consumption Ordering and generate order numbers from system Ensure Traffic Fines are redirected to drivers’ nameEnsures monthly kilometers remain within contractual limits and preform Cost allocations Maintain and monitor Drm/ Vigil information system Skills And Attributes RequiredGood communication skillsAttention to detailGood listening skillsCommunication – written, verbal Analytical thinker Proficiency in Ms Excel and WordRespectSense of urgency/results orientationAccuracy/ Attention to detail Numerical abilityDeadline driven Qualification RequirementsGrade 12 (matric) certificate or equivalentComputer literateExperience Requirements2 - 3yrs experience in Transport Administration preferably in an FMCG environmentKey Outputs6-day positionRequired to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as the business requiresPressurised environmentBe prepared to work extra hours
