Fashion Step Limited is looking for Transport ManagerJob Description / ResponsibilityDepartment: Admin & LogisticsLocation: Tongi Milgate (Near to Uttara sector 10)Job Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all types of company vehicles — cars, cargo vans, and trucks.Plan, schedule, and monitor daily transport operations for goods delivery and employee movement.Ensure proper allocation and utilization of vehicles based on operational needs.Maintain and update all vehicle-related documents (registration, tax, fitness, insurance, route permit, etc.).Ensure timely servicing, maintenance, and cleanliness of all vehicles.Supervise drivers and helpers — prepare duty rosters, monitor discipline, and evaluate performance.Track fuel consumption and minimize operational costs through efficient control and reporting.Manage logistics support for factory supply, inter-factory movement, and external transport coordination.Handle transport-related emergencies and ensure uninterrupted operation.Coordinate with departments for daily transport requirements.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical EngineeringBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain ManagementExperience Requirements5 to 7 year(s)Additional RequirementsMinimum 5–7 years of experience in transport or management (experience in RMG or manufacturing sector preferred).Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and operation.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with vehicle tracking/reporting tools preferred.Job LocationGazipur (Tongi)
