If you love getting into the details, supporting a positive team, and working with people who truly care about what they do - you’ll feel right at home with us!We’re looking for a Travel Assistant who’s detail-obsessed, tech-savvy, and excited to support our growing travel team. You’ll be helping us finalize itineraries and lighten the admin load, so our senior coordinators can focus on what they do best - building amazing trips and relationships.In this role, you will:🌍 Add all travel details into AXUS to finalize client itineraries🗂 Double-check and organize trip info to ensure accuracy🧾 Maintain travel platforms like Travel Joy or TripSuite📆 Support calendar scheduling and team meeting coordination📧 Assist with filing emails and setting up Zoom callsYou’re someone who takes their work seriously but brings a joyful, can-do attitude to the day. You’re confident, kind, and get satisfaction from helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.You care about doing quality work and love being part of a supportive team.Working Hours ⏰: This is a Part-Time role (20 hours/week) with set hours from 9 AM–1 PM EST, Monday to Friday, with potential to go full-time in January 2026, based on performance.RequirementsRequirementsYou’ll thrive in this role if you are:✅ 2 years + experience in travel management or coordination.✅ Experience working virtually for International or US based Businesses.✅ Experienced in using AXUS✅ Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems (e.g., Travel Joy, TripSuite)✅ Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized✅ Able to work independently and figure things out✅ Someone with a background in travel or travel coordination✅ Someone with excellent written EnglishBrownie points:⭐ Executive assistant experience (scheduling, meetings, travel planning)⭐ Experience organizing details for disorganized team members⭐ Familiarity with making dining reservations or itinerary enhancements.BenefitsWhat’s in it for you?💰 Salary : $10 - $13 per hour (based on $1,000–$1600 per month )*🕐 Part-time (20 hours/week) : Fully remote🌴 Paid Time Off : 3 weeks of vacation + Christmas, Good Friday, and Thanksgiving off📈 Opportunity to grow into full-time role starting January 2026, based on peformance.*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
