Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Travel Salesperson at the IFA Travel office. The role includes assisting clients with booking travel services such as flights, hotels, cruises, and transportation. Responsibilities involve researching and recommending travel options, tailoring itineraries to meet customer preferences and budgets, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Additional duties include building client relationships, staying updated on travel industry trends, managing travel documentation, and delivering personalized service to enhance the travel experience. Qualifications Knowledge of airline bookings, hotel reservations, and travel package creationStrong sales and customer service skills with an emphasis on client relationship managementAbility to conduct research and recommend travel itineraries tailored to client needsExcellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an assetAttention to detail for managing travel documentation and booking accuracyProficiency in travel booking systems and toolsFamiliarity with the travel and tourism industry regulations and best practicesBachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferredRelevant work experience in travel sales or consultancy is highly advantageous
