The candidate should possess a functional expertise in travel, be well-versed in the company travel policies and compliance standards and be able to efficiently handle internal client requests. The candidate should also have a good understanding of the company internal process for managing bills and collaborating with related functional teams. Job Responsibilities Daily travel operation, including but not limited toSupport hotel sourcing, package negotiation, and booking for project teams upon request.Take ownership of the GC Travel mailbox, ensuring timely and effective handling of all requests.Support to issue invitation letters for business visa applications.Handle travel bills and payments while adhering to finance policies and processes.Perform other ad hoc assignments QualificationsAssociate degree or above with minimum of 5 years working experience.Previous working experience as secretary/office admin and knowledge of HK/TW-related visa, hotel sourcing, TMC/travel agency will be a plus to this role.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and vendorsEnglish skill: CET4 and above.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
