We are hiring a Bookkeeper to join our growing team in Thailand. You will be responsible for accurate financial record-keeping, account reconciliation, and supporting the company’s financial health through timely reporting and compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead quarterly budgeting and reforecasting processesManage customer invoicing and support ongoing communication regarding billingOversee accounts receivable reconciliation and track customer paymentsSet up new client accounts and ensure smooth onboardingMonitor and follow up on collectionsHandle employee and company expenses using tools like Mesh and ExpensifyPrepare and submit monthly VAT reports and ensure tax complianceConduct monthly and quarterly financial analysesPerform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash activityProcess payroll for employees and service providers, including onboarding and reimbursement supportPrepare ad hoc financial reports such as AR aging and collection statusSupport vendor payment processes and ensure timely executionAssist in the annual review of international tax filings (e.
