The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of treasury operations and a passion for optimizing financial workflows.RequirementsWhat You'll DoPayment ProcessesExecute and monitor payment runs through SAP S4 HANA and across multiple banking platformsMaintain payment templates and authorization structures in banking systemsCollaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve payment-related issuesBank AdministrationManage bank account openings, closures, and maintenance in coordination with banking partnersMaintain up-to-date bank mandates and signatory documentationSupport internal and external audits by providing bank-related documentationEnsure compliance with internal controls and banking regulationsCash ManagementMonitor daily cash positions and forecast short-term liquidity needsSupport cash pooling and intercompany funding activitiesAssist in optimizing working capital and minimizing idle cashContinuously improve financial systems and processes, with a focus on automation, efficiency, and scalability in a cloud-first environment. Support the Accounting team's daily operations, monthly closing, and financial auditsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or banking operations. Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4 HANA, and banking platforms. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
