Inviting applications for the role of Sr. Senior Collections & Deductions Analyst for BrazilIn this role, the person will handle escalated issues, performing advanced reconciliations, mentoring team members, and partnering with stakeholders to drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, deep understanding of cash application and credit processes, and the ability to communicate effectively through clear, structured storytelling.ResponsibilitiesManage Expanded Portfolio: Oversee a larger and more complex set of accounts, including escalated collections and deductions, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.Collections Management: Drive collection efforts for overdue accounts, resolve issues uncovered during the process, and maintain strong customer relationships.Deduction Handling: Review and categorize deductions (logistics or commercial), assign to appropriate teams, and ensure timely follow-up for resolution.Advanced Account Reconciliation: Perform detailed reconciliations, including matching and offsetting credits against debits, and ensure proper clearing of accounts.Mentoring & Training: Train and support junior analysts, share best practices, and provide guidance on handling complex cases.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve stuck deductions and collection issues quickly.Advanced Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on collection and deduction trends, aging, and resolution timelines using pivot tables and other tools.Process Optimization: Recommend and implement improvements to streamline workflows and reduce invalid claims.Clear Written Communication: Craft structured, persuasive emails and documentation that clearly explain issues and resolution paths for stakeholders.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationsProficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).Portuguese language proficiency (minimum B2 level).English language proficiency (minimum B2 level).Solid understanding of AR workflows, including cash application, credits, and account reconciliation.Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling for stakeholders.Experience handling complex or escalated collections and deductions.Ability to mentor and train team members effectively.Advanced reporting and analysis skills (pivot tables, Excel functions).Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
