We design and install basement retention systems, including concrete walls, anchoring and bracing, as well as ground dewatering and foundation solutions for the construction industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time (38 hours per week) on-site role for a Truck Driver based in Sydney, NSW - overtime available, including Saturday availability. The role involves operating a range of vehicles, from 1-tonne utes to 31-tonne rigid heavy vehicles, to deliver machinery, equipment, and materials to and from job sites across Sydney and surrounds.You will be responsible for adhering to all NHVR compliance requirements, ensuring safe and secure transport of goods, and assisting with general yard duties as required. This is a hands-on position that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. The pay is hourly based on experience.QualificationsHR License (required).Construction Industry White card (required).Forklift Ticket (preferred).Telehandler Ticket (preferred).Work Diary Logbook.Tasks include, but not limited toTransport and deliver machinery, equipment, materials to and from job sites across Sydney and surrounds.Operate vehicles ranging from 1 tonne utes to 31 tonne rigid heavy vehicles.Ensure compliance with all NHVR requirements, including -Observe safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles.Make regular checks of vehicles to ensure they are in a safe and clean condition.Comply with load limitations, ensure safe distribution of weight and loads restrained correctly.Verify loading documents, check condition of goods and obtain certification of deliveries.Forklift operations.Telehandler operations.Must be willing to perform other duties to assist with teams at yard and at sites when required.General maintenance and preparation of machines, equipments, materials at yard for loading.Keeping vehicles, yard and shed clean and tidy.PreferredPrevious experience in a similar role.About YouOwn transport.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and safety awareness.Display punctuality, discipline and professionalism.Must be based in Sydney, New South Wales.
