Senior Associate, Business Network Intelligence Center Job Scope• Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyzing network and customer data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement; generating actionable insights to inform business decisions. • Predictive Model Development & Deployment: Building, validating, and deploying predictive models and AI-driven solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and network performance. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with data engineers (data preparation and integration), data analysts (insight translation), and project managers (project alignment). • Full Model Lifecycle Management: Owning the end-to-end process from problem definition and data exploration through model training, evaluation, deployment, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
Qualification• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. • Experience: 3–7 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI model development. • Proven experience in building and deploying ML/AI models for business applications. • Experience conducting data exploration, feature engineering, and model selection. • Experience with predictive analytics, customer behavior analysis, and anomaly detection. • Experience working with data engineers (DEs) and data analysts (DAs) to ensure high-quality datasets for AI models. • Hands-on experience in model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
