As a Specialist, Marketing Communications (B2B), you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful brand and communication strategies for True Business and dtac Business. You will lead the end-to-end process of integrated campaigns—online and offline—collaborating closely with cross-functional internal teams and external agencies to drive business growth, enhance brand presence, and support lead generation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement brand, content, and communication strategies to boost awareness, consideration, and conversion. Lead execution and performance tracking across all marketing channels including social media, websites, email, and events.
Plan and execute brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels. Collaborate with agencies and partners to align creative direction and communication messaging. Leverage consumer insights and sales feedback to craft customer-centric campaigns. Work cross-functionally with Product Management and Trade Marketing to align communications with business goals. Manage the brand and marketing communications budget. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in marketing communications or brand strategy. Strong track record in leading both brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Skilled in content creation, social media management, and performance analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication in both Thai and English. Strong storytelling ability with a deep understanding of B2B products and customer journeys. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and project management experience.
