Job DescriptionUnderstand client’s needs and identify the opportunities for the bankManage profitability/performance/and quality of assets in the portfolio according to guidelines of the bankEstablish relationships with new clients and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with existing clientsDesign call plan/customer visit planCreate and execute account plans for the clients under one’s portfolioIdentify the business needs of clients and perform credit worthiness and risk appetite of portfolio clients in order to introduce them suitable products to maximize portfolio revenues. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of business solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance or other quantitative disciplines (i. e. , engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics, etc. ). An advanced degree (e. g. , MBA, MSc Finance, etc. ) or professional certification (e. g. , CFA, CPA, etc. ) is helpful but not required. Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, e. g. , Corporate finance, investment banking, investment research, treasury, etc. Fresh graduates with strong credentials and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated quantitative skills (especially in financial modeling) and proven ability in financial statement analysis. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
