Job descriptionMonitor and support team to perform proactive business development and relationship management activities in order to enrich revenues generated to the BankProvide financial solutions to the clientsMaintain client satisfaction and retentionMinimize expected loss as well as operational costs through various types of products/ services of the Bank according to the Bank's Code of Conducts and BOT's Operational StandardsAssign work targets to subordinates in order to monitor performance and achievementsAllocate and monitor work activities of subordinates in order to align with the operational planCoach and advise subordinates on work activities and recommend work related problem solving solutions in order to complete the jobs in a timely mannerEvaluate subordinates performance and identify rooms for improvement in order to continuously improve work outputsDesign call plan/customer visit planMonitor sales performance & product mix under each ERM vs his/her account planFacilitate high level internal coordination (products, mid office, back office, boards)Capture similar need patterns and feed back to PM for product development/ structuringKeep abreast of key market and industry development affecting credit risk:

understand business and industry thoroughly, as well as basic needs of players in the industry and market trendKnow inside out to the level you can predict the trend/ consequences from any change in environmentAdvise & Control strategy on each account (execution of A/C plan)QualificationsBachelor or Master’s of business administration, finance, accounting, economics, engineering, mathematics. 10 years in banking, relationship management, analyst, due-diligenceDriven, excellent listeners, pleasant manner, champion of change, high integrity, optimistic. Team management, leadership under stress, change manager, objective coaching and developing, negotiation and persuasion. Banking products, Managerial accounting, Finance, Macro economics, knowledge on local traditions.
