Our team-driven approach and adherence to the highest industry standards make us a trusted partner in the construction landscape of the region.About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Typist to support our HR and visa operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UAE government systems, including Tawjeeh, Amer, ICP (General Directorate of Residency & Foreigners Affairs), MOH, DHA, and GDRFA portals, ensuring smooth processing of employee documentation and visas.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, submit, and process employment visas, renewals, and cancellations through UAE government portals.Assist with HR operations and documentation, including Tashil system and other HR processes.Handle printing of Emirati IDs and ensure accurate data entry.Schedule and facilitate medical fitness tests via MOH, DHA, and other health authority systems.Maintain accurate records of visa and immigration processes.Support HR in general administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:Proven experience with UAE visa and immigration processes.Familiarity with Amer, ICP, Tashil, MOH, DHA, and Dubai Health Authority portals.Ability to print and manage Emirati ID cards and process medical fitness certificates.Strong Arabic and English communication skills (both spoken and written) – bilingual is a plus.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and typing skills.Previous HR support experience is preferred.Candidates from Arab nationalities are encouraged to apply.2 to 5 years of proven experience with UAE visa and immigration processes.Why Join Us:Opportunity to work in a dynamic UAE-based company.Hands-on exposure to UAE government systems and HR processes.Supportive work environment with growth opportunities.
