We’re looking for a highly creative UI Designer to join on a part-time basis (20–24 hours per week), with the intention of transitioning to a full-time role within 3–6 months.This is not a role for someone who simply “executes visuals.” We’re looking for a true creative collaborator—someone who challenges ideas, brings fresh concepts, and is obsessed with design craft. If you love pushing boundaries and turning stories into exceptional digital experiences, this role is for you.You’ll work closely with leadership as a creative partner—co-creating ideas, shaping direction, and elevating the quality of our digital platforms. While Figma experience is welcome, day-to-day design and build will primarily happen in Framer. If you're comfortable in Figma and ready to lean into Framer, you'll be an excellent fit.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with leadership to develop UI concepts and creative direction.Design high-quality interfaces and digital brand assets, using Framer as the primary tool (with some Figma for references and assets).Contribute innovative ideas that push design quality toward top-tier industry standards.Participate in brainstorming sessions, provide feedback, and co-create solutions.Support development when needed (Framer experience is a plus).Continuously iterate and refine designs based on feedback.Requirements2–3 years of UI/UX design experience.C1+ English level — must be comfortable collaborating entirely in English.Strong expertise in Framer (Figma proficiency also welcome).Portfolio with 1–3 standout projects showcasing creativity and originality (quality over quantity).Strong ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and adapt — not rigid or overly attached to a single way of working.A mindset centered on craft, experimentation, and constant improvement.Nice to HaveExperience using Framer (preferred) or willingness to learn quickly.Experience working in flexible or async teams.Familiarity with fast-paced, high-performance environments.Schedule: Monday to Friday - Part-timeCompensation: USD salaryLocation: 100% remoteIf this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume!
