Supported by top-tier creatives from the film and VFX industries, we’re building a powerhouse in-house team - and we want you to be part of it.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a versatile and motivated UI / Digital Designer to support our design, marketing, and content teams across digital and print projects. This is an entry-level to mid-level opportunity suited to someone with a few years of experience who’s eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, creative environment.While the primary focus is on web and UI design, this role also includes assisting with graphic design and broader creative production tasks.You’ll work closely with our Senior UI Designer, Creative Production Manager, and Creative Directors to deliver a wide range of creative work.What's the role all about? Web & UI DesignSupport the development of web and UI projects from concept to handoff.Create responsive layouts, wireframes, and visual mockups based on project briefs.Collaborate with senior designers to refine user flows, interactions, and page structures.Prepare organised, development-ready design files (assets, components, and style guides).Ensure visual consistency across digital touchpoints and maintain brand design systems.Conduct light UX research and gather visual references or competitor insights to inform design direction.Graphic Design & Creative SupportDesign and prepare visual assets for marketing, print, social media, and digital campaigns if required.Develop layouts, illustrations, and promotional graphics that align with brand identity if required.Assist in concepting and executing creative ideas for campaigns and visual storytelling if required.Organise and manage design assets and maintain shared creative libraries.Assist creative team with general support or admin tasks when required.People Who We’d Love To Work WithThe ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience, is confident in taking initiative on briefs, and enjoys collaborating across teams to bring creative ideas to life.A strong eye for layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.Proactive and self-directed - can manage briefs independently while keeping communication open.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesignExperience with Figma, Wix, Squarespace (or similar CMS Platforms)Collaborative and receptive to feedback from multiple stakeholders.Comfortable working under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.Curious, adaptable, and eager to expand creative and technical skills.Bonus: Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro or 3D design toolsBonus: Experience working in a creative studio environment.Our hiring processSend in your application to this role.
