UI Technical Coordinator – Digital Customer Experience (DCX)📍 Sofia, Bulgaria (50% Onsite)⏳ 6+ Month Contract🚀 Start Date: ASAPAbout the RoleWe are seeking a UI Technical Coordinator to join the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team within a large bank. In this role, you will act as the key link between UI designers and development teams, ensuring smooth collaboration, technical alignment, and delivery of high-quality digital experiences.You won’t be expected to design interfaces or write code, but you must have a solid technical understanding to:Translate design requirements into clear technical languageFacilitate productive discussions between design and developmentChallenge effort estimations when neededEnsure alignment with design system standards and technical constraintsThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cross-functional coordination, understands UI technologies, and can confidently communicate with both designers and engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure design proposals are technically feasible and aligned with the organisation’s design language.Translate design requirements into clear, developer-friendly specifications.Participate in estimation discussions and challenge feasibility or effort where appropriate.Maintain and evolve the digital style guide and design system documentation.Join regular syncs with tech leads to discuss component needs and improvements across platforms (native, web, etc.).Support the release process by reviewing implemented components to ensure they meet design and technical expectations.Use Git to track and manage component documentation and updates.Contribute to improving design–development workflows and communication.
