UI/UX Officer

The position is primarily responsible for creating the visually appealing and user-friendly interface for bank platforms. The position is also responsible for gathering user interface requirements and translating these to innovative design solutions to create wireframes and prototypes.ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand the user needs, and translates them into effective UI/UX designsCommunicates with other bank units to strike a balance between user experience, business requirements and technical capabilities of the bank featuresDesigns the functionality and features of bank product that is suitable for user-friendly banking experienceCreates wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and interactionsWorks with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI patternsAnalyzes client feedback and activities to Identify potential usability issues and design opportunitiesParticipates in the development and implementation of UX/UI research policies, processes, and standardsQualificationsGraduate of Information Technology, Systems Design, or any IT-related coursesAt least three (3) years of work-related experience in fintech design and applicationsKnowledge of UI/UX Design Tools
