UI/Visual Design Lead

You’ll own web projects from idea to execution, working closely with founders, marketers, and our internal design team. If you’re a Framer expert, know how to design for impact, and care about both beauty and usability—we want you. This is a very hands on role!What You’ll DoCollaborate with clients to understand goals and translate them into compelling web experiences;Work closely with UI and branding to ensure cohesion across touchpoints;Guide the team to build landing pages, homepages, product pages, and more;Help evolve and maintain web design systems and components;Create ideas to optimize sites for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility;Stay on top of design trends and share what you learn with the team.What You’ll BringStrong English skills (you’ll be in calls with US clients);10+ years of experience in Web Design/UI, especially for SaaS or tech;3+ years managing teams;Killer portfolio with websites that show your visual and technical chops;Solid knowledge of Framer (must-have), Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop;A passion for sleek, clean, and functional design;Ability to manage your time and deadlines independently.Bonus points for:UX background;Motion design or video editing (even basic);Experience working with developers or low-code tools like Webflow.Why Join Us?At Uitify, your work directly impacts fast-moving startups.
