We specialize in multifamily, mixed-use, and development financing, backed by deep NYC lender relationships and rigorous underwriting.Role DescriptionUnderwrite $5M–$100M+ CRE deals (multifamily, mixed-use, development, value-add)Build full financial models, sensitivities, and lender sizingPrepare lender-ready packages and support credit memosCoordinate with originators, lenders, developers, and equity groupsManage underwriting from intake → analysis → closingQualifications3–7+ years CRE underwriting experienceStrong development & construction underwriting backgroundAdvanced financial modeling & analysis (Excel, pro formas, DSCR, sensitivities)Ability to produce institutional-quality presentationsHigh ownership, speed, and attention to detailStrong relationships with NYC banks, debt funds, and private lendersDeep understanding of lender appetite for $10M–$100M+ dealsAbility to match transactions to the right capital source quicklyUp-to-date knowledge of which lenders are active, their credit boxes, and achievable terms
