Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Vice President of Finance. The VP of Finance will oversee financial planning, prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role entails developing strategies to enhance financial performance, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Additional responsibilities include optimizing budgets, monitoring expenses, and working closely with the executive team to drive operational efficiency and long-term growth. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of Finance, Financial Planning, and budgetingExpertise in creating and analyzing Financial Statements and conducting Financial ReportingStrong Analytical Skills to support strategic decision-making and problem-solvingProven leadership abilities and excellent communication skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldProfessional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is a strong advantageProficiency with financial software and analytics toolsExperience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or related industries is preferred
