Job Description 核保工作協助中小企業之商業火險或一般責任保險審核報價、出單及續保。在必要的情況下，與通路協商保險條款，提出風險控制建議。商品推廣協助中小企業保險商品的宣傳推廣，包括內部業務人員和外部通路業務人員；協助公司"企業險事業群"之通路行銷活動，提升商品知名度。協助維護部門內之通路關係，提供專業的保險建議。內部協調與報告整理與通路部、理賠部及其他相關部門協調，確保業務流程的順暢；協助整理市場分析及業務績效報告Qualifications工作經驗: 具備保險銷售或核保經驗者優先，有中小企業保險業務背景更佳。專業知識: 熟悉保險行業相關法律法規，具備基本的風險管理和核保知識。技能要求:優秀的溝通及人際交往能力，具備良好的客戶服務意識；具備較強的分析能力，以處理數據和風險評估；具有團隊合作精神，能夠在快節奏環境中工作
