Senior Software Engineer

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERWe are looking for a technically exceptional Senior Software Integrator with deep domain expertise in Android Auto OS. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality software integrations for a leading customer based in Silicon Valley. Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrate Android OS components and services into embedded automotive platforms with a focus on performance, stability, and compliance.

Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and static analysis tools within CI/CD pipelines. Design and implement reporting solutions and actionable dashboards to monitor integration quality and system health. Collaborate closely with global teams and Silicon Valley-based stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency across development cycles. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across system layers. Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded software development and integration; 10 years preferred. Deep knowledge of Android OS internals, AOSP, HAL, and Linux-based systems.

Proficiency in C/C++, Java, and scripting languages (Python, Bash). Experience with CI/CD tools (e. g. , Jenkins, GitLab CI), test automation frameworks, and static analysis tools (e. g. , SonarQube, Coverity). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international and customer-facing teams. Demonstrated agile mindset, growth orientation, and a strong commitment to delivering high-value, production-ready software.
