Job PurposeThis role is responsible to for delivering world-class service to our customers, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions in place for today and tomorrow.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in integrating various parts of Supply Chain Logistics, Factories, Planning and beyond supply chain such as O-2-C to deliver superior service and cost. What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be Supervision of all Unilever outbound FG distribution operations along with inventory control. Supervision and control of transportation to ensure timely and superior service. Finding and implementing new and more effective processes and optimizing operational ways of working. Tender for transportation services - preparation and execution. Cost control of transportation operations while maintaining optimal service.

Identifying opportunities to optimize costs and achieve savings targets for meeting financial goals. Lead the agenda of transformation of outbound distribution to maximize efficiency. Outbound Logistics KPIs - Key Performance Indicators designing and reporting. Participation in budgeting process, budget execution and driving cost savings. Ensuring compliance with controls, regulatory requirements & company policies mandatory for all logistics operations & associated services. Upskilling and professional development of transportation leads and groundteams. Manage the performance of service providers, ensure high standards of service and compliance with contractual agreements, ensure the logistics network can handle peak demands and growth, deliver excellence in transport operations.

Create purposeful partnerships with Unilever’s 3PL providers. Lead with Safety, Sustainability, and Technology. Preserve core values of Safety (everyone, everywhere, everyday), develop and implement strategies to decarbonize the logistics network. Promote sustainable practices and reduce the environmental impact of logistics operations - sustainable logistics networks that drive toward carbon positive, and a technology mindset to experiment and learn.

What You Need To SucceedExperiences & Qualifications 3-5 Years in Logistics operations Customer Service, Planning experience Requisition to Payment Cycle Budgeting & Planning People Management Supply chain qualification and degree is an advantage Skills Stakeholder management Communication and collaboration Skills ERP/WMS systems Customer Services & O2C Open Port / Digitalization Data Driven Decision Making Business Acumen Business Partnering Scenario and Exception based Planning LeadershipYou are energized by delivering fantastic results.
