This is an onsite role with occasional flexibility for home office based on operational needs.The Phylaxia Campus is one of the flagship sites of the Ceva Animal Health group. The Vaccine Production Team is responsible for manufacturing veterinary vaccines in a GMP-compliant environment. The team is committed to delivering high-quality products while strictly adhering to regulatory and quality standards.What You’ll DoReporting to the Manufacturing Director, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the vaccine production unit. You will be responsible for achieving production goals, managing a team of group leaders and operators, and ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and compliance requirements.YOUR DAY TO DAYManage the vaccine production unit of 20–30 employees in a GMP-regulated environmentOrganize and supervise daily production operations to meet production plansLead, support, and develop group leaders within the teamCollaborate closely with departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, EHS, and LogisticsMonitor and manage performance indicators (KPIs), and operate and improve the Tier performance systemPrepare for and participate in audits and inspections, and implement follow-up actionsYOUR FUTURE AT CEVAYou will play a key role in expanding and optimizing a high-impact production unitYou will contribute to the implementation of Lean and continuous improvement projectsYou will be part of an international and growing team, shaping the future of vaccine manufacturing at CevaWHY CEVA-PHYLAXIA?
