The University Lecturer will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses, preparing and delivering engaging lectures, assessing and grading students' work, and conducting research in their field. The role also involves mentoring students, participating in academic committees, and contributing to curriculum development and other departmental initiatives. Qualifications Strong expertise in teaching, curriculum development, and academic researchExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environmentProven ability to assess, evaluate, and support students' academic progressAdvanced knowledge of educational methods, pedagogical frameworks, and subject-specific expertiseDoctoral degree (or equivalent) in the relevant field or discipline preferred; a Master’s degree with substantial academic or professional experience is also acceptableExperience in using digital tools and platforms for teaching and academic research is beneficial
