By applying, you consent to being considered for relevant opportunities that may arise within the next 6 months.Email & QA Specialist is responsible for the accuracy of final assets and troubleshoots any issues that may need to be addressed in the QA process. They are also the specialists on email campaign set up, building and testing the campaign workflows pre-deployment. They are an instrumental part of the production process and the team relies on their experience in HTML and attention to detail to ensure the final product is ready for deployment.Position Responsibilities Validate email campaign setupUnderstanding and reviewing project requirements and design documentation in order to create test artifacts.Testing Email Templates/Layouts based on the requirements and executing test cases and reporting defects.Performing functional, UI, Device, workflow, HTML and data testing.Executing test iterations, tracking / reporting results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution.Demonstrating creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness.Ensure compliant, quality and timely delivery of client campaigns.Ability to create and validate Accessibility based test cases.Conduct pre-deployment QAQA validate rendering across physical devices, browsers, email clients Perform regression testing on fixed and ad-hoc requests of development on both coded templates and ad-hoc assetsGenerating prototypes and proofs for review by CSM/PMMThey are also responsible for sending proofs and prototypes to CSM for review, which they might pass on to the marketer.QA rendering of localization variantsQA localization of languages across email templates and modules once translation files have been received from the localization team, validate correct rendering in all language variants.Responsible for creating and maintaining a top-notch Email QA ProcessRegularly reviewing the QA checklists to ensure it encompasses changes in business requirementsSupport Ops PM in creating the post-mortems after failures in the QA processes lead to user facing errors.Support production lead to create and share the final data points after Retesting And Regression TestingQualificationsMinimum Qualifications2+ years experience in marketing automation tools3+ years of Testing, HTML and/or CSS experienceExperience with digital marketing quality assurance is a strong plusPreferred QualificationsDetail oriented and solution-driven Able to adapt to new tools and processes quicklyComfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projectsBenefitsWe support you with competitive wages and with comprehensive health care including medical, dental and vision coverageWe support your family with gender-neutral baby bonding leave, 26 week birth-parent maternity leave, and generous life, accident and disability insurance minimumsEmployees who work onsite can enjoy free meals and snacks, and fun onsite experiencesInformation collected and processed as part of your Google Operations Center (GOC) jobs profile, and any job applications you choose to submit, is subject to GOC's Applicant and Candidate Privacy Policy.Google Operations Center (GOC) is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, creed, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or veteran status or any other basis protected by law.
