RPO Recruiter:The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for candidate generation primarily through direct sourcing and research. They work with a large pool of passive candidates, but there could be active candidates as well. The Recruiting Specialist works closely with Lead Recruiters, Hiring Managers, or the Client to refine, grow, and follow strategies that provide a qualified candidate pool. They consult on how to improve existing strategies, and provide feedback using analytics. They also create new strategies using knowledge of similar fields and strategies in other marketplaces.Responsibilities:Develops candidate interest for available positions and client companiesIdentifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parametersDevelops a network of referralsUses networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidatesManages projects including; email marketing, social media, cold calling, and social activitiesAssessing need, organizing, and running information career webinars and campaignsCold call campaignsConsults on timeline expectationsPerforms queries and searches in Applicant Tracking databases for qualified candidatesSearches the internet using search engines, user groups or Blogs and other creative techniques to find qualified candidatesSources, screens, and submits candidates to the Client focal as assignedIdentifies user groups and professional associations which could lead to qualified candidatesPerforms other administrative tasks as neededKeeps Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all timesPerforms other miscellaneous duties as required by managementWorking hours will be US Central Standard TimeRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseAt least 2 years of experience in blue collar recruitment best practices in advanced recruitment in high volume for industrial and admin clerical verticals.At least 2 years of experience with computers, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and database applicationsFluency in Advanced English (Read/Write and Communicate), ability to communicate fluently with US nationals.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseAt least 2 years of experience in direct sourcing experienceAt least 3 years of experience working in an ATSAt least 3 years of experience sourcing through social media channelsAt least 3 years Hiring Manager consultative experience
