Job Description

Main Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing plan to acquire users profitably at global scale.Develop User Acquisition (UA) strategy & plan for mobile games meeting studio’s business goalsManage & optimize UA campaigns across different platforms (including Google, Meta, Unity, ironSource, Mintegral and more), implement each ad network’s best practices to ensure effective resource allocation and maximize ROIMonitor & analyze data, provide actionable insights, report performance to marketing team & stakeholdersDrive new growth initiatives through market research, identifying opportunities, and testing innovative tacticsParticipate in brainstorming and proposing creative strategiesExecute ASO strategy to improve app store visibility and conversion rates, driving growth in the user baseCollaborate with cross-functional teams and manage partner relationships to enhance UA performanceRequirements:Must-have:Direct experience with performance marketingStrong interest in mobile gamesStrong data thinking and data analysisStrong logical thinking and critical thinkingProblem-solving skills, particularly knowing to pose the right questionsStrong English writing and speaking skillsSelf-motivated with a growth mindsetCan-do attitudeBig-plus:Experience in Growth Marketing/ Mobile App Marketing is a big plusExperience in Ad Monetization is a big plusA hunger to be at the forefront of the mobile advertising space and the mobile app marketProficiency with data analytics tools (such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
