We believe that success is a thorny path that runs on sleepless nights, corporate parties, tough releases, and, of course, our users' smiles (and as we are a LIVE app, we truly get to see our users all around the world smiling right in front of us in real-time!).Do you want to join the party?ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize large-scale performance-based campaigns - mainly on search and social media.Collaborate with the acquisition, content, design, and tech functions to achieve goals.Hands-on ability to build this role from scratch, from setting the platforms to the creation of work methods and funnelsDevelop and execute UA strategy for mobile web and desktop platforms.Create, manage, and optimize ad copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates.Generate comprehensive reports and insightsMonitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to maximize ROI.Stay updated on the latest PPC trends, best practices, and platform updates.Requirements2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer and PPC- MUST!Solid understanding of performance attribution and hands-on experience with Tag Manager and Google AnalyticsStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExcellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret PPC campaign data and derive actionable insightsExperience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), and other relevant channels would be a plus
