This role includes managing a team of support technicians, ensuring 24/7 operational readiness, and overseeing storeroom and inventory control for all IT and facility-related assets. Ensure 24/7 availability through on-call support and incident management. Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and environmental conditions.
