UX Designer (12-month Contract) - B2B Digital Solutions

The purpose of this role is to design comprehensive user experience solutions for our B2B digital solutions, including the e-commerce platform that serves our hearing care professionals and business customers. You will focus on creating intuitive user flows, information architecture and interaction design patterns that streamline complex B2B purchasing processes. Working closely with our international Experience Design team, you'll leverage the latest UX methodologies and design tools to enhance our B2B customer experience.More About The RoleDesign clear, intuitive user experiences for B2B digital solutions functionality, ensuring complex product catalogs, ordering processes and account management features are accessible and efficientCreate responsive/mobile UX designs for existing and new solutionsApply and maintain existing design system for B2B touchpoints, ensuring consistency in our B2B ecosystem and alignment with brand guidelinesCreate detailed wireframes, user flows, and interaction specifications in Figma that translate seamlessly into development-ready screensInitiate and prioritize user research activities in collaboration with our research team, incorporating feedback to iteratively refine B2B user experiences through User-CenteredDesign methodologiesWork closely with product management and developers to design within given technical constraints, advocating for optimal user experience while balancing business requirementsDocument design solutions and rationale according to our Experience Design team guidelines, ensuring clear handoff to development teamsMore About YouAround 3 years of experience designing user experiences for web and mobile apps, with preference for B2B or e-commerce platformsStrong proficiency with design systems in Figma, including component libraries, design tokens and documentation practicesUniversity degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, HCI or similar fieldExperience designing complex information architectures and user flows for multi-step processesUnderstanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principlesExperience with user research methodologies and usability testingDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutionsAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with development teams and stakeholders across different cultures and time zonesGood understanding of modern front-end developmentExperience in a medical or healthcare environment is a strong plusMore about what we offer:As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
