User Experience Design• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction concepts.• Design using Figma and FigJam, including components, prototypes, and flow diagrams.• Translate business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and efficient user experiences.• Produce user flows, information architecture, personas, and customer journey maps.2. Discovery, Research & Workshops• Lead UX workshops with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.• Conduct process analysis, stakeholder conversations, and experience mapping.• Collaborate with UX researchers, support qualitative analysis and insight synthesis.• Translate business goals and constraints into clear UX direction.3. Collaboration with Developers• Work closely with developers to clarify logic, edge cases, and UI/UX details during implementation.• Support refinement and development cycles with clear explanations and documentation.• Ensure alignment between business requirements, UX design, and technical execution.• Participate in regular syncs and refinement sessions.4. Product Thinking & Business Understanding• Understand complex business processes and user workflows.• Challenge assumptions and propose improved or alternative solutions.• Present UX concepts and decisions in a structured, clear, and business-friendly way.• Independently drive larger thematic areas within the product.5. Design System & Interface Quality• Work with existing design systems and components.• Identify gaps and propose enhancements to the design system.• Ensure consistency across interfaces and product experiences. 👉Key Skills and Qualifications:• Minimum 6–7 years of experience as a UX Designer (preferably Senior level).• Experience designing and building complex internal tools.• Experience working in international, cross-functional environments.• Proven ability to lead UX work end-to-end.UX & Technical Skills• Fluent English (spoken and written)• Strong proficiency in Figma and FigJam.• Ability to create user flows, service blueprints, personas, and journey maps.• Strong reasoning and communication of UX decisions.• Good understanding of design systems (components, tokens, patterns).• Experience collaborating directly with developers.Soft Skills• Strong business understanding and ability to translate requirements into UX solutions.• High autonomy, proactiveness, and ownership of work.• Ability to run workshops with business and technical teams.• Ability to simplify complexity and communicate clearly.• Excellent communication skills.Nice to Have• Experience working with or extending design systems.• Ability to mentor junior/mid-level designers. 🎯 We offerA full-time contract (B2B also possible)All necessary work equipment is provided by us (computer, monitor etc).Participation in company many conferences, trainings, workshops, integration meetings, etc. Certification and training opportunitiesOpportunity to relocate and work in different ALTEN Polska branchesAfter completion of the project, opportunity to engage in a subsequent one within the company.Work in company with #GreatPlaceToWork Certificate🎯 BenefitsCollaboration with Mistral AIWork EquipmentEmployee referral programLayette for a newborn employee’s childGroup life insurancePension schemeDo not hesitate and join our team!
