Senior UX DesignerLocation: London (Hybrid 1 day a month in the office)Salary: £65,000 - £70,000I’m working with a global software organisation focused on the verification space, looking to hire a Senior UX Designer to own the design process and direction for the business.You’ll lead end-to-end UX across their core platforms, including a major project, redesigning a digital application journey. You’ll own discovery, user flows, prototyping, accessibility-focused design, and developer-ready handoff. You’ll be responsible for transforming complex, multi-step processes into simple, intuitive experiences optimised for mobile.Skills required for the Senior UX Designer role: • Deep experience in UX principles, interaction design, and user-centred problem-solving • Experience in Figma, prototyping, modular design systems, and accessible design standards • Strong communicator able to collaborate with developers and stakeholders at all levels • Ability to work independently, contribute strategic UX directionUX Designer / Product Designer
