Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .ResponsibilitiesHelp communicate design approach to other designers or partners (e.g., product manager).Create design specifications (e.g., design spec s, mock-ups, or product models) for implementation.Identify innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems. Respond to evolving design constraints.Apply essential design principles, patterns, and systems, use design tools and processes to help develop mock-ups or prototypes. Identify product or platform requirements.
