You will drive our UX principles, improve our product experience, actively be involved in generating designs, deliver on our UX strategy, provide guidance and support, manage operational health, all the while driving improvements to team processes.What You'll DoLead a high-impact UX function that combines strategic vision with fast, practical delivery. Lead and grow the UX team - set clear goals, provide guidance, and help people develop their skills. Act as a player-coach: lead by example while supporting team growth and operational health. Actively balance people leadership with product engagement - set direction, coach UX designers researches, and stay close to real product work. Work closely within the Quadra model (Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, and UX) to align strategy, execution, and priorities.Own the full Customer Journey - from trial to daily use and renewal. Act as the voice of the customer inside this model - ensuring customer experience drives product decisions. Use insights from trials, partner feedback, and product telemetry to identify friction points and prioritize UX improvements. Drive UX process improvements that directly support faster delivery and better customer outcomes - simplify where possible, automate where needed, and keep UX execution lean and effective. What You'll BringIn company UX design experience for SaaS organizations rather than only design consultancy experience. Ability to lead a cross-functional team by driving toward shared goals/outcomes and influence outcomes by aligning teams toward a common vision. Professional portfolio of work demonstrating excellence in digital product design/research and a solid execution of user-centric design processes. Comprehensive design background with expertise in visual design and interaction design. Passionate advocate for the user, committed to creating unexpectedly simple user experiences from complex technical business problems. Proficiency in design tools such as Miro, Qualtircs, Figma, Jira, Salesforce, Pendo or similar. Comfortable being more hands-on as a designer from time to time.
