Role PropuseThe UX Research Manager leads a team of researchers to generate deep, actionable customer insights that shape our digital products, services, and multichannel experiences across the bank. This role is responsible for defining and executing the UX research strategy, integrating qualitative and quantitative evidence into decision-making, and ensuring that customer needs are represented at every stage of product discovery and delivery.The role holder partners closely with Product, UX/UI Design, CRM, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Operations and Technology, ensuring that research outcomes translate into better experiences for our customers and measurable impact on business results.Main Responsibilities Define and own the UX research strategy and roadmap for priority journeys, products, and channels. Plan, execute, and oversee mixed-methods studies (qualitative and quantitative) to inform product discovery, design, and optimization. Translate insights into clear narratives, frameworks, and recommendations that influence roadmaps and prioritization. Build, coach, and develop a high-performing UX research team (in-house and vendors). Partner with data analytics teams to integrate behavioral data, experimentation, and advanced analytics into research projects (including use of Python where relevant). Ensure research practices meet high standards of rigor, ethics, and compliance with banking regulations. Advocate for customer-centric decision making across the organization and contribute to the maturity of UX and research practices.
