UX/UI Designer

We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our product team and help create exceptional user experiences across all Sanar platforms. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and beautiful interfaces for our healthcare applications while ensuring consistency across our design system.Key Responsibilities:• Design user interfaces for digital applications across multiple platforms• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements• Develop and maintain design system, component library, and style guidelines• Design user journeys and interaction flows for various user workflows• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and engineering teams throughout the development process• Ensure accessibility standards and healthcare compliance requirements are met in all designs• Create visual designs that reflect brand identity and appeal to diverse user groups• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with healthcare UX best practices• Support the team with design thinking workshops and user-centered design methodologiesRequired Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field• Minimum 2 years of UX/UI design experience in digital products• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and outcomes• Experience with responsive design and user-centered design principles• Knowledge of usability testing methods and user research techniques• Understanding of front-end development constraints and design-to-development handoff• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferredPreferred Qualifications:• Healthcare or telemedicine design experience• Experience designing for Arabic/RTL languages and MENA market• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles• Understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical user needs• Experience with design systems and component library developmentKey Skills & Competencies:• User-centered design methodology and design thinking• Digital interface design expertise• Healthcare UX best practices and accessibility standards• Design system development and maintenance• Cross-functional collaboration and design advocacy
