We strive to deliver the best outcomes for our customers, our partners and our people.About Our ClientOur client provides a stablecoin-powered financial platform with crypto cards, USD-denominated accounts, payments, and swaps so users can hold, send, spend, and save globally without a traditional bank.About the RoleIf you're obsessed with great UX, driven by simplicity, and thrive on ultra-fast execution, this is where you belong! We're looking for a Principal Product Designer (UX/UI) who excels in ownership and speed, valuing rapid delivery over perfection. You'll lead the design of our mobile app, crafting intuitive, UX-focused experiences that make stablecoin banking simple. Reporting to the CPO, you'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and other teams to build the best banking experience ever. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for designers who excel in fast-paced environments - it's not for everyone.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead UX/UI design for our clients mobile app and internal web apps, creating cohesive, delightful user experiences.Build and maintain a scalable design system for consistent, high-quality app experiences.Collaborate with Product and Engineering to iterate rapidly.Mentor and guide junior designers.RequirementsWhat You'll Bring8+ years in UX/UI, with at least 3+ years of expertise in Fintech design for Mobile as well as Desktop dashboardsProven experience with design systems and user research.Strong skills in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Web3 or challenger bank experience is a strong plus.Points to Consider: This role will follow Singaporean holiday CalendarShould be flexible in working hours to meet deliverablesBenefitsAccess to online learning platforms and a budget for professional developmentA collaborative, no-silos environment, encouraging learning and growth across teamsA dynamic social culture with team lunches, social events, and opportunities for creative inputLeave BenefitsProvident FundGratuity
